Member Notice – We moving to a new technology platform

We are delighted to tell you that, after months of investigation and planning, we will be moving to a new technology platform during the week commencing Monday 1st September 2025.

This change will unfortunately entail some disruption to normal services, but rest assured that we will be doing our utmost to keep any disruption to a minimum.

In summary, our changeover plan is as follows:

  1. All service centre branches will remain closed to in-person service for the entire week 1st – 5th September.
  2. Our main office in Tallaght will be open to in-person callers on all days, except Wednesday 3rd September.
  3. Telephone, web, and mobile service will be available as follows:
    • Monday 1st September – Buisness as usual
    • Tuesday 2nd September – Buisness as usual
    • Wednesday 3rd September – Closed
    • Thursday 4th September – In person service in our head office Tallaght resumes
    • Friday 5th September – In person service in our head office Tallaght

Members will need to download our new mobile app from Thurday 4th September 2025. New pin credentials will be issued to all online members in order to access our new web and mobile app services. Further instructions will be provided in the coming week. 

From Monday 8th September we intend to resume our normal service across our branch network.

However, we do ask for your understanding and co-operation as, throughout this transition, we expect a higher-than-normal volume of telephone and email contact.  For a short period, this may impact our capability to address your needs in our normal timely manner, and for that we apologise in advance.

Over the coming two weeks we will be in further contact, by email, SMS, and social media to inform you of the changeover.  We will also update you on how to take steps such as downloading the new mobile App, and your new pin credentials.  In line with existing protocols, we will not be requesting, otherwise than via the mobile App or the members area of our website, that you enter details such as your member number or PIN number.

We believe that the new technology platform will better serve our members, and enable us to more quickly introduce exciting new products and services coming onstream in the months and years to come.
