Once we have these, you will be able to enjoy the many benefits that membership of Black Raven Credit Union offers.
Joint accounts can be opened in our head office or service centres. Both parties must be present at our office with the following for each person:

Junior accounts for minors under the age of 16, can be opened in our head office or service centres. The Parent/Guardian wishing to open an account on their behalf must be present at our office with the following for each person:
- Confirmation of Parent/Guardian's identity:
- Current Passport
- Current Driving Licence
- National ID Card
- Minor's Birth Certificate
- Confirmation of Parent/Guardian's address (dated within the last 3 months) acceptable proof of address are:
- Utility Bill
- Bank Statement
- Letter from Social Welfare or other Government department
- Confirmation of Minor's PPS number
- Revenue Letter
- Social Welfare Documents
- European Health Insurance Card
Once we have these, you will be able to enjoy the many benefits that membership of Black Raven Credit Union offers.
There is a nominal entrance fee of €1.00. You must have a minimum balance of €10.00 after paying the entrance fee to activate the account.
The common bond of Black Raven Credit Union is staff and retired staff of Fingal County Council, South Dublin County Council, Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council and their family members living at the same address.
