AGM 2020

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, and to protect our members and staff, our AGM for 2020 will take place virtually.

Black Raven Credit Union will hold our virtual AGM using Public-I on Wednesday 31st March 2021 at 6pm.

A link & password for the virtual AGM meeting has been sent with your AGM booklet by email.  Members who do not have a registered email will receive the link & password by post.

If you have mislaid your access details, please contact us to arrange access at enquiries@blackravencu.ie. Registration closes at 5pm on 30th March 2021.

In order to thank members who, attend the AGM on the 31st March 2021, the Board of Directors have decided to hold a free draw on the night.  We will be raffling 5 x €100 Once For All Vouchers. Only those members who log in and fully participate in the meeting will be registered for the free draw.

The following information is pertinent to this notice.

  • Black Raven Credit Union will be using Public-I Webinar as the electronic platform for the meeting.
  • All non-presenting participants will be muted and have their cameras switched off to allow the smooth running of the meeting. However, you can type a question to the host by clicking on the “chat” button on the bottom of the screen.
  • Elections for the position of Auditor, Board Oversight Committee and Board of Directors will take place. Voting will be conducted by way of online poll and each member will be asked to vote Yes/No electronically for each candidate when instructed by the Chairperson. The votes will be tallied electronically, verified, and recorded at the meeting.
  • The AGM meeting will be recorded for minute taking purposes.
